Accessibility Statement
Effective date: June 12, 2026
VitaSync is built to help people stay on top of a supplement and medication routine, and that should include people with disabilities. We want our website and our apps to be usable by everyone, and we are committed to making them more accessible over time.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for our marketing website and our apps. These guidelines are a widely used standard for making digital content easier to use for people with a range of disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or larger text.
Where we are today
Our marketing site is new and was built to meet Level AA from the start. In practice that means:
- A clear, semantic page structure with proper headings and landmarks.
- Text and background colors chosen to meet contrast requirements.
- Full keyboard navigation, so you can use the site without a mouse, with a visible focus indicator.
- Support for reduced-motion settings, so animations ease off if you have asked your device to limit motion.
- Descriptive alternative text for images that carry meaning.
Known limitations
We are a small team, and we are honest about that. Even with care, some parts of the site or apps may not yet fully meet Level AA, and issues can slip through. We treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time task, and we fix problems as we find them or hear about them.
How to report a problem
If you run into an accessibility barrier on our website or in our apps, please tell us. Your reports genuinely help us improve.
- Email: support@vitasync.app
- Please include: the page or screen where you had trouble, what happened, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using, if you can.
We aim to respond within a few business days, and we will work with you to find a fix or an alternative way to get what you need.
