Pre-launch

Know Mom took her 8pm dose. Without calling to ask.

VitaSync gives your parent gentle reminders and gives you a quiet dashboard of their day. If a dose is missed you get an alert; if your phone stays quiet, the routine is on track.

Pre-launch. The iOS and Android apps are coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.

You're not nagging. You're worried.

If you help a parent keep up with pills and supplements, especially from another city, you know the toolkit. The organizer you filled on Sunday that is somehow still full on Thursday. The shared spreadsheet that is only as current as the last person who remembered to update it. The nightly call that starts as “just checking in” and ends with someone snapping. All that effort, and you still can't answer the only question that matters: did today actually go the way it was supposed to?

How it works for your family

Set up the routine together.

Scan each bottle's barcode, or take a photo of the label and VitaSync fills in the details for you to confirm. Set the schedule once. From then on, your parent simply gets gentle reminders at the right times.

Doses get logged in the moment.

When your parent takes a dose, they mark it taken and VitaSync records the time. No diary, no memory test, no spreadsheet.

You see the day at a glance.

Open your Watching dashboard whenever you wonder. If a dose is missed, you get an alert. If you hear nothing, the routine is on track.

The free tracker

VitaSync starts free, for anyone keeping their own routine. Free means free: no card, no trial clock.

Smart dose reminders

Reminders that fit the schedule you set: morning, evening, middle of the day, whatever the routine calls for. You decide the plan; VitaSync keeps the time.

Barcode scanning

Point the camera at a barcode and the product adds itself. No typing long ingredient names from tiny labels.

Label photo scanning

No barcode? Take a photo of the supplement facts panel and VitaSync reads it, fills in the details, and asks you to confirm before saving.

Dose logging

Mark each dose taken as it happens. The app keeps the history so nobody has to keep it in their head.

Stats and streaks

Watch your consistency add up over days and weeks. Streaks make a quiet routine visible, and a visible routine is easier to keep.

Supplement guidance

Plain-language education about common supplements, including an interaction map. It is general information, never advice: what you take belongs with your doctor or pharmacist.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. VitaSync is an organizational tool. It helps you keep track of a routine; what that routine should be is between you and your doctor or pharmacist.

Low bottle alerts

VitaSync keeps an eye on how much is left and tells you before the bottle runs out, so an empty Tuesday doesn't break the streak.

Learn the basics

Short, clear reading about building a routine and sticking with it. Written for people, not for search engines.

Pro

The caregiver suite

Quiet reassurance, without the checkup call.

It's 8:15pm and you're wondering about the evening dose. The old way is a phone call that pretends to be about the weather, and you both know it isn't. The new way: open VitaSync, see that the dose was logged at 7:54, put the phone down. Nobody asked. Nobody got asked. That is the whole idea: reassurance that costs neither of you anything.

  • Watching dashboard: a loved one's day at a glance
  • Missed-dose alerts
  • Multiple care profiles
  • Doctor-ready exports
  • Read-only share links for a doctor or sibling

VitaSync Pro is $19 per month, billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime in your store settings. One subscription covers it all: every profile, every alert, every export.

Straight talk

What VitaSync is not

We would rather earn your trust the boring way, by being precise about our limits.

Not medical advice.

VitaSync never tells you or your parent what to take, how much, or when to stop. Those decisions belong with a doctor or pharmacist.

Not a medical device.

VitaSync does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent anything, and it is not built to.

Not a replacement for people.

Not for the doctor, not for the pharmacist, and not for you. It carries the information so the people can carry less.

Not a miracle.

We are built for consistency, visibility, and fewer checkup calls. We do not promise health outcomes, and we would be wary of any app that does.

VitaSync is for adults 18 and older.

Questions

When do the apps launch?

Soon. The iOS and Android apps are built, and we are getting them ready for the App Store and Google Play. We won't promise a date until we can keep it. Join the waitlist and you'll get one email the day VitaSync is live.

What platforms will VitaSync run on?

iPhone (iOS) and Android at launch, plus a companion web app for when you'd rather use a bigger screen.

Does the free tier expire?

No. Free is the permanent home for tracking your own routine, not a trial. No card, no countdown. Pro exists for the caregiving features, and you only pay if you want those.

How does label scanning work?

Point your camera at the supplement facts panel. The photo is sent to our servers, where an AI vision model reads the label and fills in the product details. You review what it found and confirm before anything is saved.

Is my data sold or used for ads?

No. We don't sell data, we don't show ads, and we don't use third-party analytics. The business is simple: a free app, and a paid tier for caregivers. That's it.

Do you track my location?

No. VitaSync never asks for location permission, so there is nothing to turn off. Your location is none of our business.

Can I use it for medications as well as supplements?

Yes. You can schedule, log, and track medications and supplements side by side. VitaSync handles the tracking only. It will never suggest what to take, change a dose, or second-guess a prescription. Those decisions belong with your doctor or pharmacist.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. VitaSync is an organizational tool. It helps you keep track of a routine; what that routine should be is between you and your doctor or pharmacist.

What does my parent see, and what do I see?

Your parent sees the simple side: reminders at the right times and an easy way to mark a dose taken. With Pro and their permission, you see the Watching dashboard: their day at a glance, plus an alert if a dose is missed. You can also create read-only share links so a sibling or doctor can see the same picture.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: open Settings and choose Delete Account. No email required, no hoops. If you ever get stuck, write to support@vitasync.app and a person will help.

Is VitaSync medical advice?

No. VitaSync is an organizational tool for adults 18 and older. It helps people stay consistent with a routine; it does not decide what the routine should be. Always talk with a doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement or medication.
